Nartiel8k respects copyright. This page explains how rights holders report material they believe infringes their rights, and how we respond.

Our position
Nartiel8k does not host, store, own, produce or claim any rights in third-party broadcast content. We provide access credentials to a streaming service delivered over the internet.
Where we are notified that specific material has been made available in a way that infringes a rights holder’s rights, we act on that notice promptly.
Submitting a notice
If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act for one, send a notice through our contact page including all of the following:
- Your identity, and if acting as an agent, the rights holder you represent
- Contact details — an email address we can reply to, and a postal address
- Identification of the work claimed to be infringed. A representative list is acceptable where one notice covers multiple works
- Identification of the specific material complained of, precise enough for us to locate it — the exact channel name or content title, not a general category
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are authorised to act for the rights holder
- Your signature, physical or electronic
Incomplete notices delay action. The most common omission is item 4 — a notice naming a category rather than specific material cannot be acted on, because we cannot identify what to remove. Please be precise.

Where a notice is complete and the material identifiable, we disable access to it. Where a notice is incomplete, we reply explaining what is missing rather than ignoring it.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was disabled in error or through misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing your identity and contact details, identification of the material and its previous location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.
Misuse of this process
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a takedown or counter-notice can carry legal liability. Please do not use this process for disputes that are not about copyright.

Laws on television streaming vary between countries. Users are responsible for ensuring their own use is lawful where they live, as set out in our terms of service.
