Refunds and renewal

Are there setup fees or hidden charges?
No. The plan price is the total price. There is no setup fee, no activation charge, no device fee and no line rental. Some third-party player apps charge their own one-off activation fee, which is paid to that developer rather than to us.
Do Nartiel8k plans renew automatically?
No. There is no automatic renewal and no stored payment method, so you cannot be charged unexpectedly. When a plan reaches its end date it stops and you decide whether to buy another.
Why is Nartiel8k not the cheapest service available?
Because bandwidth and server capacity cost money, and we hold spare capacity back for peak live events. Services priced below about $3 a month are usually oversold, which shows up as a degraded picture exactly when a lot of people are watching.
Can I upgrade to a longer plan later?
Yes. Message us at any point and we extend your existing line rather than issuing new credentials, so nothing needs setting up again on your devices.
Do you offer plans with more than one screen?
Each subscription covers one simultaneous stream as standard. If you need more, message us and we will quote for additional streams on the same account.
