What personal data Nartiel8k collects, why we hold it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it.

The short version
We collect very little. There is no checkout on this website, no account system and no stored payment details. Orders happen over WhatsApp or email, so in most cases the only data we hold is the contact you messaged us from and a record of what you bought.

What we do not collect
- Payment card details. There is no payment form on this website and we never ask you to send card details
- Account passwords. There is no customer account system
- Viewing history linked to you. We do not build a profile of what you watch or sell viewing data
- Special category data. We have no reason to collect it and do not
How your data is used
Only for the purpose it was given: replying to you, activating and supporting your subscription, handling refunds, preventing abuse, and meeting our own record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or send marketing to people who contacted us for support.
Who it is shared with
Only where necessary to run the service: our hosting provider, which stores the website and its logs; WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us there, governed by its own privacy policy which we do not control; our email provider; and authorities where we are legally required to disclose.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party marketing scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own server rather than an external network, so browsing these pages does not disclose your visit to a third party. Any analytics are limited to aggregate page traffic and are not used to identify individual visitors.

Your rights
Depending where you live you may have the right to ask what data we hold, request a copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion where we are not required to retain it, object to or restrict processing, and complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, message us via the contact page. We aim to respond within 30 days and will not charge for a reasonable request.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Access to order and support records is restricted to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we hold very little that would be valuable if breached — notably no payment details.
Children
This service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
