Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nartiel8k. Purchasing or using a subscription means you accept them. Please read before ordering.

1. The service

Nartiel8k supplies access to a streaming service delivered over your own internet connection. A subscription is a licence to access that service for the period purchased, for personal, private, non-commercial viewing.

We supply access credentials. The internet connection, the hardware and the player application remain your responsibility.

2. Credentials and stream allowance

• Credentials are personal to you and must not be shared, resold, published or distributed
• Each subscription permits the number of simultaneous streams stated in your plan — one as standard
• You may install the subscription on as many of your own devices as you wish, provided concurrent playback does not exceed that allowance
• Keeping your credentials confidential is your responsibility

Credentials found shared publicly, resold, or used beyond the purchased allowance may be suspended without refund.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to redistribute, rebroadcast, resell or sublicense the service; to record or make available content in a way not permitted by applicable law; to use it for public performance or commercial exhibition; to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service or its security; or to use it in breach of any law that applies to you.

5. Availability and quality

We aim to keep the service continuously available and to resolve faults quickly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Streams may be affected by matters outside our control, including your connection, your internet provider, your hardware and upstream sources.

Picture quality depends on the source feed. We describe channels as 4K only where the source provides genuine 4K, and as HD where it does not. Channel line-ups and on-demand catalogues change over time; an individual channel being added or removed does not by itself entitle you to a refund.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and are the total payable. There are no setup fees, activation charges or line rentals.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically and no payment method is stored. When a subscription reaches its end date, access stops until you choose to purchase again.

7. Refunds

Every plan is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a subscription without refund where credentials are shared or resold, where the acceptable use conditions are breached, or where the service is used unlawfully or in a way that damages the service or other subscribers.

You may stop using the service at any time. As nothing renews automatically, there is no cancellation process.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your subscription is limited to the amount paid for the subscription period in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of enjoyment or the unavailability of any particular programme or event.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Third-party content and rights

We do not host, own or claim rights in third-party broadcast content. Rights holders should follow the process in our DMCA and copyright policy, which we act on promptly.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version published here at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to it. Material changes are reflected in the date above.
